Data Protection Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation. 8.1 The Supplier shall, at the Customer’s request, provide reasonable assistance to the Customer with any data protection impact assessments and any consultations with any Supervisory Authority of the Customer as may be required in relation to the processing of Personal Data by the Supplier on behalf of the Customer.
