Provider We shall provide reasonable assistance to Client You and each of Your relevant Affiliates in connection with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities, which Client You reasonably considers consider to be required of it by Article article 35 or 36 of the GDPR or equivalent provisions of any other Data Protection Law & RegulationLaw, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Client Company Personal Data byby Us, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, Provider or the Sub-processorsto Us and/or applicable Subprocessor.

Provider shall We agree to provide reasonable assistance to Client you with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities, which Client you reasonably considers consider to be required of it by Article article 35 or 36 of the UK GDPR or equivalent provisions of any other Data Protection Law & Regulation, (to the extent you do not otherwise have access to the relevant information and such information is in each case solely in relation to Processing of Client Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, Provider or the Sub-processorsour control).
