DATA PROCESSING TERMS. In the course of providing the Service to Customer pursuant to the Main Agreement, CloudLinux may Process Personal Data on behalf of Customer. CloudLinux agrees to comply with the following provisions with respect to any Personal Data submitted by or for Customer to CloudLinux or collected and processed by or for Customer using CloudLinux’s Services. The parties agree that the obligations under this DPA that are specific to the GDPR shall not apply until the GDPR has come into full force and effect.
