Data Processing Description. This Annex A forms part of the Terms and Conditions and describes the Processing that the Company will perform on behalf of the School. The Data to be processed concerns the following categories of Data Subjects: ● Pupils ● Parents and Guardians ● Staff The Data is categorised as either School Data or Business Data as defined in Section 1 of the Schedule to the Terms and Conditions.
