Common use of Data Processing Agreement Clause in Contracts

To the extent Customer uses the Services to target and collect personal information from users located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or Switzerland (the “EU”) or the United Kingdom (“UK”), or has Authorized Users accessing the Services from the EU or UK, the terms of the NEOGOV Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) made available on the NEOGOV Site is hereby incorporated herein by reference and made part of this Agreement.
