Common use of Data Processing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Data Processing Agreement. 8.1 If Service Provider processes any personal data on Purchaser’s behalf and in accordance with its instructions as part of or in connection with the performance of the Services, the Parties agree that the General Data Processing Agreement between the Parties dated 1 June 2019 shall apply between the Parties, and shall be deemed an integrated part of this Service Agreement.
