Data Privacy Training. Service Provider endures will require that any of its officers or employees, and any officers or employees of any assignee or subcontractor who have access to personally identifiable information, will receive training on the federal and state laws governing confidentiality of such Data prior to receiving access to that Data.
Data Privacy Training. Each employee of the Processor receives information on data protection with the employment contract and confirms that they have taken note of it. Awareness measures are also carried out. Employees from particularly sensitive areas such as the HR department, product development or customer service also receive separate information and training on specific specialist topics as required.
