Data Privacy Exceptions. Neither Party will have any indemnification obligation or liability regarding a third-party data security and privacy Claim when acts or omissions of the indemnified Party impede or prevent the indemnifying Party’s ability to meet its data security and privacy obligations under the Agreement.
