Data Privacy & Cross-Border Transfers. Each Party shall comply with applicable data-protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and APPs). Cross-border transfers of Personal Data (if any) processed under this Agreement shall use appropriate legal mechanisms (e.g., SCCs or equivalent). If a Party processes another Party’s Personal Data on its behalf, the Parties shall execute a Data Processing Addendum (attached as Schedule C) and follow its terms.
