Data Operator. 6.1.1 Personal data processing by PO The entity acting as data operator will be the Programme Operator. ANPCDEFP (PO) is a personal data controller, registered under no. 33165 in the Personal Data Processing Register, administered by the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing. These data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1725/2018 only in relation to the implementation and follow-up of the agreement by the PO, the National Contact Point and the EEA Financial Mechanism Office (FMO), without prejudice to the possibility of data transmission to the Internal Audit Service of the EEA Financial Mechanism Office (FMO), the EFTA States' Audit Board, the Certifying and Paying Authority (ACP), the Central Public Internal Harmonization Unit (UCAAPI), the Financial Mechanism Committee (CMF), the Anti-fraud Department and any other body authorized to carry out checks on how to use the financing provided under the EEA Financial Mechanism. The Project Promoters are entitled to accessing and correcting their own personal data. For this purpose, they may request that PO offers them clarifications regarding the personal data processing.

  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.

  • Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems. Measures: • SAP only allows authorized personnel to access Personal Data as required in the course of their duty. • SAP has implemented a logging system for input, modification and deletion, or blocking of Personal Data by SAP or its subprocessors within the Cloud Service to the extent technically possible.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • Data Mining 4.1. Provider agrees not to use GLO Data for unrelated commercial purposes, advertising or advertising-related services, or for any other purpose not explicitly authorized by the GLO in this Contract or any document related thereto.

  • Operator Services The Company provides Operator Services for telephone calls initiated from its Customers’ locations through contractual relationships with interstate and international service providers. Operator Services provided by the Company include Interstate Operator Services and International Operator Services (a) Responsibilities of the Company For Operator Services In addition to the responsibilities of the Company established elsewhere in the Rates, Terms and Conditions, the following responsibilities of the Company apply to Company provision of Operator Services.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
