Data log Sample Clauses

A Data Log clause establishes requirements for recording and maintaining detailed logs of data-related activities within a system or organization. Typically, this clause specifies what types of data events must be logged, such as access, modification, or deletion, and may outline the format, retention period, and security measures for these logs. By mandating systematic record-keeping, the clause ensures accountability, supports auditing processes, and helps detect or investigate unauthorized data activities.
