Storage of Data at rest shall be located solely in data centers in the United States and the contractor shall provide its Services to the State and its end users solely from locations in the United States. The contractor shall not store Data on portable devices, including personal laptop and desktop computers. The contractor shall access Data remotely only as required to provide technical support. The contractor shall provide technical user support on a 24/7 basis unless specified otherwise in the Service Level Agreement.
