Data Location; Data Privacy. Sparta shall host the Sparta Products at a reputable third-party internet service provider and hosting facility that implements commercially reasonable security precautions to prevent unauthorized physical access to the Systems. Sparta may utilize data centers located in the United States and worldwide, geographically diverse backup locations.
