Common use of Data Governance Clause in Contracts

Data Governance. The Equipment governed by this Rental Agreement may be equipped with a wireless data communication system or similar system. In such case, Customer understands data reflecting the machine performance, condition, operation, and other information is being transmitted to WSECO and Caterpillar, Inc., to better serve the Customer and to improve upon WSECO’s and Caterpillar, Inc.’s products and services.
