Data from Project Clause Samples
The 'Data from Project' clause defines how data generated, collected, or used during the course of a project is to be handled by the parties involved. Data from Project. During the Contract Term, all data and information recorded from operation, scheduling, dispatch, testing, and maintenance of the Project shall be the property of CHGE, which data and information CHGE shall license to Owner for the limited purpose of operation, scheduling, dispatch, testing, and maintenance of the Project during the Contract Term.
