Common use of Data Formats Clause in Contracts

Data Formats. 11.1. The Client agrees to Vital Dev’s definition of acceptable means of supplying data to Vital Dev. 11.2. Text or images which are supplied in an electronic format, are to be provided in a format as prescribed by Vital Dev. Images must be of a quality suitable for use without any subsequent image processing, and Vital Dev will not be held responsible for any resultant image quality. Vital Dev cannot be held responsible for the quality of any images which the Client wishes to be scanned from printed materials. 11.3. Additional expenses may be incurred for any necessary action relating to the format in which information is provided by the Client, including, but not limited to, photography and art direction, design, media conversion, digital image processing, or data entry services.
