Common use of Data Format and Data Transfer Clause in Contracts

Data Format and Data Transfer. 6.2.1 Necessary billing information will be exchanged on magnetic tape or via electronic data transfer (when available) using the Exchange Message Record (“EMR”) format. The Parties shall agree to a fixed billing period in the Implementation Plan. 6.2.2 Requesting Carrier shall provide to Ameritech, on a monthly basis, the Switched Access Summary Usage Data (category 1150XX records) on magnetic tape or, when available, via electronic data transfer using the EMR format. 6.2.3 Ameritech shall provide to Requesting Carrier, on a daily basis, the Switched Access Detail Usage Data (category 1101XX records) on magnetic tape no later than fourteen (14) days from the usage recording date. Ameritech shall provide the information on magnetic tape or, when available, via electronic data transfer (e.g., network data mover), using EMR format. Ameritech and Requesting Carrier shall use best efforts to utilize electronic data transfer. 6.2.4 Each Party shall coordinate and exchange the billing account reference (“BAR”) and billing account cross reference (“BACR”) numbers for the Meet-Point Billing service. Each Party shall notify the other Party if the level of billing or other BAR/BACR elements change, resulting in a new BAR/BACR number.
