Data Files. MasterCard acknowledges that all data files provided by Customer or third parties authorized by Customer are and shall remain the sole property of Customer and/or third party financial institutions issuing Cards, and that use of and access to such files does not create in MasterCard any right, title, or interest in such files, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
