Common use of Data Disclaimer Clause in Contracts

Data Disclaimer. The Parties shall make best efforts to ensure the accuracy ofall data provided pursuant to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all data provided by or on behalf of either Party pursuant to this Agreement is “as is.” Neither Party makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the data’s accuracy, completeness, or use. There are no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or that the use ofthe data will not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
