Data Conversion Services. Contractor will lead the successful conversion of State data from the current system provider to the Contractor System including providing the tools and techniques to efficiently execute the conversion of data.
Data Conversion Services. Beginning on the Effective Date, Liberty shall commence planning and analysis of the conversion of all of the AFA, Brookings and Pan Western Data and UFL policy administration data to a format appropriate for processing by Liberty at the Data Center as described further in Exhibit B (the "Data Conversion Services") for the fees set forth in Exhibit Q. Liberty shall complete the Data Conversion Services in accordance with the conversion Schedule also set forth in Exhibit B. The parties acknowledge that the description and definition of the Data Conversion Services and the Schedule therefor attached hereto as Exhibit B are general in nature and the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to agree on or before January 26, 1998 upon the Project Plan in accordance with the procedures outlined under the heading "UFL Conversion and Transition Analysis Phase" in Exhibit A, which plan will define the Data Conversion Services and Schedule therefor in greater detail. Upon approval of the Project Plan by UFL and Liberty, the final Data Conversion Services and the Schedule therefor included in the Project Plan shall supplement the general Data Conversion Services and the Schedule therefor set forth in Exhibit B.
Data Conversion Services. Xxxxxxxx assumes no responsibility under this Agreement for converting Customer’s data files for use with the Software, except as listed in Exhibit B (Purchased Products and Services) and detailed in a data conversion scope of work.
Data Conversion Services. If the parties have agreed that Motorola (or its subcontractor) will convert Customer’s data files for use with the Software, such services will be set forth in Exhibit C and detailed in a data conversion scope of work. Except as agreed by the parties in writing, Motorola is not responsible for any data conversion services.
Data Conversion Services. In the event that this Agreement is terminated prior to the end of the Term other than due to Company’s breach of this Agreement, Customer shall be responsible for paying Company the difference between the Fee Paid for Data Conversion Services and the Retail Price of $ for Data Conversion to DICOM Services, per database converted, pursuant to Section 4.7 of this Agreement.
Data Conversion Services. The Vendor shall convert data from the existing CLAIMS system into the Risk Management Information Systems.
Data Conversion Services. The objective of these data conversion services is to process extracted data from the applicable Transfort legacy systems and map extracted data into EAM. Transfort will provide a sample of the legacy data as soon as possible. Using this sample, the team will define exactly what data will be converted from the current system and define a mapping of data into EAM. Trapeze will help Transfort finalize the data mapping and identify the specific sources for each data element. Trapeze and Transfort will define which information will be loaded into EAM. Data Conversion Process and Assumptions Trapeze will determine the necessary data required to make the system operational (e.g., asset data, current inventory levels, etc.) and then identify, in conjunction with Transfort staff, what data will be available from current systems, and what data Transfort may have to develop. Once the data conversion specifications are completed, Transfort will extract the data from its current systems. Transfort staff will be will be responsible for populating EAM with approved and “clean” Transfort data, using Trapeze’s batch loading tool, which they will be trained to use.
Data Conversion Services. (a) Data Conversion Services. During the Transition Period, SLIC- ------------------------ Canada will (i) provide the Administrator with reasonable access for the Administrator, through its own efforts, to plan and move the data associated with the Reinsured Policies from SLIC-Canada's computer systems to the Administrator's computer systems, (ii) respond to the Administrator's questions on product design and/or processing logic and (iii) provide a reasonable amount of business analyst/system expertise to consult in the data migration effort (collectively, the "Data Conversion Services"). SLIC-Canada is making such Data Conversion Services available to the Administrator as an accommodation and, in no event, will SLIC-Canada's liability for any damages whatsoever arising from SLIC-Canada's delivery of, or failure to deliver, the Data Conversion Services exceed the total price actually paid by the Seller for the Data Conversion Services.
Data Conversion Services. Data conversion services are invoiced 50% upon initial delivery of converted data, by conversion option, and 50% upon Client acceptance to load converted data into live environment, by conversion option.
Data Conversion Services. Xxxxxxxx assumes no responsibility under this 30 Agreement for converting City’s data files for use with the Software, except as 31 listed in Exhibit G, Pricing Summary and Detail, and detailed in a data 32 conversion scope of work. Upon agreement on a data conversion scope of 33 work, if any, that document shall be incorporated herein and shall become a 34 part of this Agreement without necessity of formal acceptance by the City
