Exit Assistance Services. Contractor shall provide Exit Assistance Services so as to enable an orderly and efficient transfer to any new Contractor or the State in a manner which will minimize disruption to the State on termination or discontinuance of any or all of the Services. The Exit Assistance Services include those services or requirements described in this Section, as well as other portions of this Contract including the RFP and RFP Response.
