Data Collection Protocol. Solutions will, in consultation with the Advisory Committee, establish the Data Collection Protocol that defines the procedures, processes and format for the Consortium Participant Data to be submitted to the Data Firm(s). Solutions may from time to time, give notice to Consortium Participants of proposed amendments to the Data Collection Protocol, which shall be discussed and approved by the Advisory Committee.
