Data Collection Plan. Data Collection Plan" shall mean the plan that codifies data collection methods and reporting requirements and identifies all metrics to be tracked pursuant to the requirements the EPA Grant Agreement and pursuant to the wishes of the Advisory Council.
Data Collection Plan. This section intends to define the WP5 data collection plan where qualitative and quantitative research methods are implemented at different stages of the work package. The role of the multiple case studies internal testing is well connected with the external data collection process. The overall data collection will be stored in such a manner that all persons involved can retrieve the data from the system efficiently. Although there is no formal pilot case study planned, due to time constraints, the early case studies will be of limited scope compared to the later ones and be used in the project in much the same way a pilot would. During each case study, data on usage and satisfaction will be gathered both manually and automatically. The data collected will form the core data source for the system’s evaluation and evolution. The data collection for the specified six case studies relies on the following sources of evidence:
