Data Centre Facilities. HTL delivers the SaaS Service from data centres within the Customers chosen Hosting Zone (data protection jurisdiction) that have attained SSAE16 and ISO27001 certification.

The Data Centre Facilities from which the Contractor may provide Deliverables under an Order are set out at Part B (Deliverables) and Part C (Standard Offering) of this Module and Annexure C (Schedule of Charges and Indexation) of the Head Agreement.
