Data Breach Liability. If City is subject to any claims relating to any Data Breach or Security Incident, Contractor shall fully indemnify and hold harmless City and defend City against any such claims, including reimbursement of any costs incurred by City relating to those claims. This obligation is in addition to any of Contractor’s other indemnification obligations in this Agreement.
