Data Banking. 9.4.1 Activation of Your SIM also activates Your Data Bank, which allows You to bank certain Mobile Data for use in subsequent Monthly Billing Cycles unless and until such data is forfeited in accordance with this Agreement. 9.4.2 If at the Monthly Cut-Off Time for a Monthly Billing Cycle: (a) Your Current Data Bank Balance is less than the then applicable Data Bank Limit (the difference being the Remaining Data Bank Capacity); and (b) You have not used up all of Your Monthly Data Allowance for that Monthly Billing Cycle (the an amount of Mobile Data equal to the lesser of: (c) the Remaining Data Bank Capacity; and (d) the Unused Monthly Data Allowance, will be credited to the Data Bank and available for use in subsequent Monthly Billing Cycles. 9.4.3 In any Monthly Billing Cycle, any Mobile Data that is stored in the Data Bank will only be used once all of the Monthly Data Allowance and Bonus Data in respect of that Monthly Billing Cycle has been exhausted.
Data Banking. (a) Subject to individual Plan limits, Eligible Data on your Mobile Plan will automatically be added to your Data Bank when you Recharge: (i) with an equal or higher price eligible Mobile Plan; and (ii) that Recharge is added no later than 24 hours after the first Mobile Plan expired. (b) In any other case, your Mobile Plan’s unused data allowances and banked data will be cancelled when the Mobile Plan expires. (c) Starter Plans are not eligible for second and subsequent Recharges. You can only bank unused data from a Starter Plan where you recharge with any other Mobile Plan within 24 hours of expiry. (d) The maximum amount of data you can bank for each plan is: (e) Data will be consumed in the following order of priority: (i) Gifted Data; (ii) Welcome Data* (which may be offered to customers from time to time, at our sole discretion); (iii) Data Pack; (iv) Campaign Data* (if any); (v) Included Plan Data; and (vi) Data Bank Data. *Welcome Data is a “sign on” data bonus, and Campaign Data is a recharge incentive, we may make these Data offers available to customers from time to time for a limited time. (f) We may notify you by SMS when available Data Bank has been consumed, but we are not obliged to.
