Common use of Data and Reports Clause in Contracts

Data and Reports. Institution and/or Investigator shall submit all data, reports, queries, and other requested information in a timely manner. Institution and/or Investigator shall maintain Study reports as required by the Protocol and Instructions. Institution and Investigator agree to provide Xxxxxxxx with the data called for in the Protocol via the appropriate electronic data capture system in accordance with the schedule communicated by Xxxxxxxx and in compliance with the Electronic Access Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Institution and Investigator agree to provide Xxxxxxxx Labcorp with the data called for in the Protocol via the appropriate electronic data capture system in accordance with the schedule communicated by Xxxxxxxx Labcorp and in compliance with the Electronic Access Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
