Data and Application Services. Contractor shall host, operate, and maintain available MMIS systems, services, and data set forth in Exhibit 1, Functional and Technical Requirements and Exhibit 2, Service Level Agreement. Contractor shall ensure system availability by performing backups of MMIS data, files, and software, and by providing Disaster Recovery services and plans for specified MMIS components as detailed in Exhibit 1, Functional and Technical Requirements. The following table provides a summary of the functional software service descriptions provided with the MMIS systems, along with technology components utilized to deliver the service. Technology changes may occur over time to these areas, in support of State technology plans and modernization projects, and will be addressed through the Change Management process. Contractor shall provide the required infrastructure platforms and software to host these components.
