Dassault Systemes Indemnification. Dassault Systemes shall indemnify and hold harmless PlanetCAD, and its officers, directors, employees, and shareholders from and against any claims, demands, suits, causes of action, losses, damages, judgments, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any breach of Dassault Systemes' representations, warranties and covenants set forth in this Agreement.
