DASCO Sample Clauses

DASCO. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, DASCO caused a 1% interest in Peoria MOB Owner to be conveyed to the Company, which 1% interest is valued at $110,810 and shall be treated as DASCO's capital contribution to the Company (and the remaining 1% of the purchase price of the Property).
