Common use of Damages; Relief Clause in Contracts

Damages; Relief. Subject to Section 8.7 above and 14.9 below, termination of this Agreement shall not preclude either Party from claiming any other damages, compensation or relief that it may be entitled to upon such termination. For the avoidance of doubt, any claim for damages, compensation or relief under this Section 8.8 shall be brought under Section 14.9.
