DAMAGE TO TERMINAL. In the event any damage is caused to the Terminal property, the Vessel Party shall be responsible and shall be liable for any and all damage occurring to Terminal property and the expense of the repair or replacement of the Terminal property to the extent caused by the Vessel Party’s acts or omission in its use of the Terminal.
