Common use of Damage to Building Clause in Contracts

Damage to Building. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease or that the Leased Premises may not be affected, if in the reasonable opinion or determination of the Landlord or the Landlord's architect or engineer, rendered within thirty (30) business days of the happening of damage or destruction, the Building shall be damaged or destroyed to the extent that any one or more of the following conditions exist:

Damage to Building. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease or that the Leased Premises may not be affected, if in the reasonable opinion or determination of the Landlord or the Landlord's ’s independent and duly qualified architect or engineer, rendered within thirty (30) business days 30 Business Days of the happening of damage or destruction, the Building shall be damaged or destroyed to the extent that any one or more of the following conditions exist:

Damage to Building. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease or that the Leased Premises may not be affected, if in the reasonable opinion or determination of the Landlord or the Landlord's architect or engineer, rendered within thirty (30) business days 30 Business pays of the happening of damage or destruction, the Building shall be damaged or destroyed to the extent that any one or more of the following conditions exist:

Damage to Building. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease or that the Leased Premises may not be affected, if in the reasonable opinion or determination of the Landlord or the Landlord's architect or engineer, as the case may be in each instance herein, rendered within thirty (30) 30 business days of the happening of damage or destruction, the Building shall be damaged or destroyed to the extent that any one or more of the following conditions exist:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease or that the Leased Premises may not be affected, if in the reasonable opinion or determination of the Landlord or the Landlord's ’s independent architect or engineer, rendered within thirty (30) business days 30 Business Days of the happening of damage or destruction, the Building shall be damaged or destroyed to the extent that any one or more of the following conditions exist:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease or that the Leased Premises may not be affected, if in the reasonable opinion or determination of the Landlord or the Landlord's ’s architect or engineer, rendered within thirty (30) business days 30 Business Days of the happening of damage or destruction, the Building shall be damaged or destroyed to the extent that any one or more of the following conditions exist:
