Common use of DAMAGE PREVENTION Clause in Contracts

DAMAGE PREVENTION. Customers employees and representatives shall refrain from using any facilities, equipment, tools, materials, apparatus, or methods that, in INFLOW's sole reasonable judgment, might cause damage to INFLOW's Data Centers or otherwise interfere with INFLOW operations. INFLOW reserves the right to take any reasonable action to prevent harm to the services, personnel or property of INFLOW (and its affiliates, vendors, and Customers).
