Damage Payment Sample Clauses

A Damage Payment clause establishes the obligation for one party to compensate the other for losses or harm resulting from a breach of contract or specific events. Typically, this clause outlines the types of damages covered, such as direct, indirect, or consequential damages, and may specify how the amount is calculated or capped.
