Damage arising. At commencement of the hire period the hirer should check the premises and notify the Hall Booking Officer of any evident damage. Damage revealed subsequently will be deemed to be the responsibility of the hirer. Any damage occurring during the hire period to the premises' fixtures or contents must be immediately reported. No drawing pins, tape, adhesive or other fixings shall be used on any part of the premises.

The hirer agrees that hire charges are calculated from the time the Hall is unlocked for use, until departure and return of keys to the Booking Officer (or deposited in the key safe). A 50% hire fee deposit is normally required when making the booking; the balance being payable on the day the hiring period begins.
