Daily Program. In connection with this Agreement, Iveco will evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of manufacturing the Iveco Daily at Nikola’s plant. If Iveco determines that it is feasible, then Iveco and Nikola shall cooperate and negotiate in good faith to enter into a definitive agreement, mutually agreed by the Parties, subject to due diligence. Potential cooperation of Nikola and Iveco in this respect will be subject to due diligence and a mutually satisfactory agreement.
Daily Program. Responsible for undertaking support activities and required to demonstrate expertise and the acceptance of personal responsibility. • Support the establishment of a learning environment which is stimulating, focused and nurturing. • To work with the ELC Director, ELC Teachers and other Early Learning Centre assistants implement the weekly and daily program. • ELC Assistants working in Vacation Care periods will work with the ELC Vacation Care Supervisor to implement the Vacation Care program. • Work with children in small groups and individually and share observations of those children with the ELC Director, ELC Teacher and other Early Learning Centre staff. • Assist the ELC Director and ELC Teachers with special events and activities that support student learning.
Daily Program. A schedule of the day’s plan of activities will be posted in each classroom.
