Daily Option Value Clause Samples

The Daily Option Value clause defines how the value of an option is calculated on a daily basis throughout the term of an agreement. Typically, this involves determining the fair market value or a pre-agreed formula to assess the option's worth each day, which may be relevant for financial settlements, margin requirements, or performance tracking. By establishing a clear method for daily valuation, this clause ensures transparency and consistency in how options are valued, reducing disputes and enabling timely financial adjustments.
