Common use of Daily Interruptions Clause in Contracts

Daily Interruptions. For the purpose of determining the maximum daily Capacity Interruptions, where such limitation may be applicable, (a) a designated Emergency Interruption will be considered a Capacity Interruption if no Capacity Interruption has been designated that day, and (b) if a designated Emergency Interruption spans 0000 hours CPT, an Emergency Interruption will be deemed to have occurred on the day commencing from 0000 hours CPT.
