Daily Batch Out. Merchant will batch out receipts with the Processor on a daily basis. Any and all income, in any form, collected by any means, by way of sale of the products or services of the Merchant shall be deposited in the Approved ACH account and no other account. Any such changes, even such changes which may occur outside the control of the Merchant, but left uncured within three (3) days of notice shall be a material breach of this Agreement.
