Daily allowance. Employees shall start and cease work on the job at the usual commencing and finishing times and shall transfer from site to site as directed by the employer. Time spent by an employee travelling from the employee’s home to the job and return outside ordinary hours shall not be regarded as time worked. A daily fares allowance of $15.40 per day shall be payable for each day the employee attends for work The above stated allowance shall not be payable if the employer provides or offers to provide transport free of charge to any employee to and from home.
