Common use of Dailies Clause in Contracts

Dailies. Permanent official reporters may be permitted to accept reassignment from their regular duties to perform dailies without being required to go off salary and/or benefits. Any such assignment may be taken only with the written permission of the Managing Court Reporter. 125. Annually in January, the Managing Court Reporter shall send to each Permanent Official Court Reporter on the roster a ballot as to who wishes to be assigned dailies. From the returned ballots, the Managing Court Reporter shall establish a volunteer list for dailies. The list shall include the software and transcript production method (half-day v switch box, etc.) of the Reporter.
