D isclosure of Confidential Information Containing Personal Data. If Customer has entered into Model Contract Clauses as described in Section 10.2 (Transfers of Data), Google will, notwithstanding any term to the contrary in the applicable Agreement, ensure that any disclosure of Customer's Confidential Information containing personal data, and any notifications relating to any such disclosures, will be made in accordance with such Model Contract Clauses.
