SELLER, Guarantor(s), and each Owner acknowledges that BUYER may be using "doing business as" or "d/b/a" names or authorized agents in connection with various matters relating to the transaction between BUYER and SELLER, including the filing of UCC-1 financing statements and other notices or filing.
