Common use of Cyferd Clause in Contracts

Cyferd. 15.3.1 undertakes to disclose the Disclosed Customer Data and/or the Administrative only to those of its officers, employees, agents, contractors and direct and indirect sub- contractors (including any relevant Cyferd Partner(s)) and Affiliates to whom, and to the extent to which, such disclosure is necessary for the purposes contemplated under the Agreement or as otherwise reasonably necessary for the provision or receipt of Access to and use of the Cyferd Product and the Services (including all applicable Tenancy(ies), Apps and Features) and any other Purchased Items, and 15.3.2 shall be responsible to the Customer for any acts or omissions of any of the persons referred to in clause 15.3.1 in respect of the confidentiality and security of the Disclosed Customer Data and/or the Administrative Data as if it was ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s own.
