CYCLORAMA Sample Clauses

CYCLORAMA. The cyc walls and base cove must be kept clean and in good condition in any stage rental. Cyclorama is furnished in digi-comp green and must be returned to the original condition in which it was presented to Renter at the beginning of the rental term unless Studio provides a written statement describing a pre-existing condition that would excuse Renter of any applicable charges. Painting any portion of the cyc walls or floors by Renter is prohibited. Drilling into any part of cyclorama is absolutely prohibited. Renter shall provide proper instruction to anyone entering the stage to take every precaution to protect the cyc wall, cyc coves, and cyc floors from damages and wear by not walking on any part of the corner and base coves and by keeping sets, materials, lift equipment, and all lighting and grip equipment away from the cyc walls and corner and base coves. The use of adhesive tapes such as duct tape and gaffers tape on cyclorama is prohibited. Only

Only low tack tape such as 3M blue painters tape or similar tape approved by studio may be temporarily adhered to cyclorama floor and wall(s). Repair, refinishing, and or painting charges may be imposed if at the end of rental term, the cyc walls, cyc coves, and or cyc floors are discolored or soiled above normal wear, or if damage as determined by Studio management has occurred.

CYCLORAMA. The warehouse is our shooting space and contains the cyclorama. If you have not booked access to it, please refrain from loitering in the area. The Cyclorama can be easily damaged; the curve is not load-bearing and any small weight or pressure can easily crack the seams or put a hole through the cove. If the cyclorama must be repainted after your use fees will be assessed as follows: $75 floor only, $350 full repaint. If you would like the cyclorama painted a custom color the fee is $500 plus paint cost. Any damage to the cyclorama will result in a damage assessment. Damage repair is billed at $125/hr + materials.
