Cybersecurity Coverage Sample Clauses
The Cybersecurity Coverage clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to protecting digital systems and data from cyber threats within an agreement. It typically outlines the minimum security standards that must be maintained, such as implementing firewalls, encryption, or regular security audits, and may require notification in the event of a data breach. This clause serves to allocate risk and ensure both parties are clear on their obligations to safeguard sensitive information, thereby reducing the likelihood and impact of cybersecurity incidents.
