Cyber Security Framework. 15.1.1 The Service Provider acknowledges that the State has adopted policies and practices for security of the information assets of the Minister and the other agencies and instrumentalities of the State. These are set out in the Department of Premier and Cabinet Cyber Security Framework contained at this link: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ (the “CSF”). 15.1.2 The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that it: (a) has received the current version of the CSF; (b) will comply with the CSF in its performance of this Agreement.
