Cyber One Completion Sample Clauses
The 'Cyber One Completion' clause defines the requirements and conditions for the successful completion of a project or deliverable related to cybersecurity services or solutions. Typically, this clause outlines the specific criteria that must be met for the work to be considered complete, such as passing security tests, delivering documentation, or achieving certain performance benchmarks. By clearly establishing what constitutes completion, the clause helps prevent disputes over whether obligations have been fulfilled and ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of when the project is officially finished.
