CVT. CVT hereby represents that as of the Effective Date CVT carries, and during the Tern CVT will continue to carry, in full force and effect, general liability insurance and product liability insurance with one or more insurers, each having a Best rating of A10 or better or an equivalent, and a Best size category of “X” or better, with the general liability insurance having a limit of liability no less than [****] Dollars ($[****]) per occurrence and a deductible or self-insured retention no greater than [****] Dollars ($[****]) per occurrence, and the product liability insurance having a limit of liability no less than [****] Dollars ($[****]) per occurrence, a deductible or self-insured retention no greater than [****] Dollars ($[****]) per occurrence or per claim, and an annual aggregate deductible or retention no greater than [****] Dollars ($[****]), this to include any general liability insurance or product liability insurance which is statutorily required with respect to activities of CVT under this Agreement. Using MDP® CVT-Cleaner/Supplement Kit (PART #02532) and MDP® Synthetic CVT Fluid, an CVT-Exchange Machine will evacuate the old, contaminated fluid from the CVT system, while refilling the system with new fluid, and the MDP® CVT Supplement provided in the kit and use MDP® Synthetic CVT Fluid entirely to re-fill the system. Only lubricated parts within the CVT housing/casing are covered.
